Introduction

The ``irfpy.spice`` module provides an easier access to SPICE under ``irfpy``.

        This ``irfpy.spice`` project is developed under IRF, by using great
        SPICE functionalities.
        Questions regarding ``irfpy.spice`` should be addressed to ``irfpy`` development
        team (irfpy at lists.irf.se).

        SPICE is an observation geoemtry system for planetary science mission. 
        It is NASA's Navigation and Ancillary Information Facility (NAIF) who
        develops and maintains the SPICE. The web page of SPICE is
