Here we show example of manipulating electron data from ELS sensors.

General description of ELS
==========================

Nominally, the ELS sensors provides (for both VEX and MEX) count rate data
with 128 energy steps with 4-s time resolution.
ELS are cylindrical sensors, so that a discrimination in one angle is possible.
Each "sector" has 22.5 degree aperture, providing 16 different channels.
In summary, ELS provides a (Energy=128, Sector=16) matrix at a certain time (for 4s).
